Dynamic Torque Power Meter TQ201H-P
The strain-type shaft power meter uses the principal strain generated when the shaft is subjected to torque as the basic measurement quantity. By attaching strain gauges at a 45° angle on the given shaft and reading the strain value from the strain gauge, the torque value can be calculated. In practical applications, a Wheatstone full bridge strain gauge composed of four identical strain resistors is arranged along the ±45° direction of the shaft axis. This approach simplifies the measurement circuit, eliminates interference from axial forces and bending moments, and amplifies the signal, making the measurement more accurate.
Easy to install: The rotating ring and fixed receiver box are installed separately, without the need to disassemble or damage the existing shaft system.
Half-ring design: The half-ring bolt connection design can better accommodate small tolerances in shaft diameter, making installation easier without the need for special tools.
