PXIe Desktop Data Acquisition and Analysis System

The PXIe data acquisition and analysis system is a modular hardware platform used for high-speed data acquisition and testing systems. The internal plug-in cards are divided into input and output types, and the number of cards can be flexibly configured according to user needs. PXIe adopts a highly reliable and real-time PXIe bus structure, paired with a real-time operating system and Gigabit Ethernet in the control module, providing high flexibility and scalability to achieve high-speed large-capacity data acquisition, storage, preprocessing, and transmission. The software system has various functional application modules that can be configured according to user needs, supporting upgrades of data acquisition-related functional modules, as well as upgrades of data acquisition analysis, vibration control, and metrology calibration series module software to complete various testing experiments, enabling one device to serve multiple purposes.
